Guinness World Record Attempt
BREAKING THE GUINNESS WORLD RECORD
Hi, I am Peter Adeleke, and we are embarking on an incredible challenge: to break the Guinness World Record for the Longest Leadership Lesson lasting 48 hours.
Why am I doing this?
I’ve always been passionate about reshaping the way we think about leadership. For me, it’s about more than just theory or titles — it’s about transforming individuals and helping them realize their full potential as leaders. We aim to empower people to become more effective, authentic, and impactful leaders, not only by teaching essential leadership skills but by fostering a mindset shift that enables them to inspire and drive change within themselves and their teams.
Throughout my career and academic journey, I’ve been deeply passionate about leadership—particularly Global Transformational Leadership. I believe that leadership is not just about managing people; it’s about inspiring, empowering, and creating positive change that transcends borders.
As I attempt to break this record, I’ll deliver a series of speeches focused on leadership principles that integrate faith and global transformation. These speeches equip individuals with strategies to thrive in their careers, businesses, and personal lives.

This challenge is personal to me!

Having earned a Master’s degree focused on leadership, I have spent years refining my understanding of how great leaders can shape the future. Now, I want to share that knowledge with the world. Through this leadership marathon, we will explore Emotional Intelligence, strategic planning, and effective communication. Participants will gain hands-on tools to master Conflict and Crisis Navigation, and Lead Change. In addition, attendees will access Job Fair Opportunities that bridge leadership potential with real-world possibilities. This is more than a training—it’s a one-stop leadership solution designed to empower professionals, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to thrive.

But here’s the thing: we can’t do this alone.
