Guinness World Record – Official Record Title Holder
I BROKE THE GUINNESS WORLD RECORD FOR LEADERSHIP LESSON
I’m excited to share that the Guinness World Records has officially confirmed that I’ve broken the record for the Longest Leadership Lesson ever delivered — clocking in at an incredible 28 hours, 45 minutes, and 0 seconds.
The record-breaking session took place at 451 Northmount Drive, Calgary NW (Northmount Baptist Church), Canada, starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025, and ending at 2:48 p.m. on Saturday, August 30, 2025. I surpassed the previous record of 24 hours and pushed myself to new heights in the process.
After submitting all the necessary evidence, I received an official email from the Guinness World Records team confirming my achievement. Their message read:
“We are thrilled to inform you that your application for the Longest Leadership Lesson has been successful, and you are now the Guinness World Records Title Holder!”
In a feature on their website, they mentioned that “I raised the bar in leadership development and sparked conversation around transformational leadership.”
Honestly, I feel incredibly happy and fulfilled. This achievement is the result of deep faith, immense gratitude, and sincere humility. Teaching leadership for nearly 29 straight hours was physically and mentally intense — it stretched me to my limits. But crossing that finish line and knowing I had set a new world record filled me with a profound sense of accomplishment.
It reminded me that with focus, preparation, and unwavering determination, even what seems impossible can become a reality. It also brought to mind one of my personal quotes:
“True leaders turn abstract goals into concrete results.”
I truly believe in the power of visionary leadership — the ability to dream big and build intentionally.
I dedicate this feat to my amazing parents, whose unwavering support has been a bedrock in my journey. I hope that this accomplishment inspires aspiring leaders, young professionals, and anyone with a vision to dream bigger, push harder, and never settle.
This record is more than just a personal win — it’s a reminder that endurance, consistency, and a commitment to serving others can lead to an impact far greater than you might ever imagine. If you have a goal — no matter how ambitious — keep pushing. You might just break a record in your own life.
Originally, I had set out to teach for 48 hours, but I completed the feat in 28 hours instead. And I’ve learned that in leadership — and in life — success isn’t always about hitting the exact target you set. It’s about pushing boundaries, discovering your true limits, and creating meaningful impact along the way. Did I break the record? Yes, I did — and it’s now official and confirmed! What mattered most was surpassing the previous record of 24 hours, and I achieved that by delivering a leadership lesson that lasted 28 hours. This accomplishment would not have been possible without the unwavering support of my incredible team, who stood by me from the very beginning and helped turn this vision into reality.
This record stands as living proof that dedication, focus, and resilience can still produce extraordinary outcomes, even if the path shifts during the journey.
The event drew a wonderfully diverse audience — from students, pastors, politicians, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and music artists, to professionals and members of the Calgary Board of Educators. We also had an incredible virtual audience joining from Nigeria, Canada, the United States, India, and Uganda.
Many participants shared that they walked away with practical and transformational insights on leadership — tools they could immediately apply to their personal and professional lives.
This moment is a milestone — not just in my life, but in the broader conversation about what leadership can and should look like in today’s world. And I’m just getting started.

This challenge was a great success!

Having earned a Master’s degree in leadership and spent years refining my understanding of what makes great leaders truly impactful, I’m proud to share that I’ve officially broken the Guinness World Record for the Longest Leadership Lesson — delivering an intensive 28-hour session that surpassed the previous 24-hour record. During the leadership marathon, I explored core pillars like Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Planning, and Effective Communication. Participants gained practical tools for Conflict and Crisis Navigation, as well as Leading Through Change — insights directly aligned with the principles outlined in my book: Born to Lead, Called to Serve; the Fourth Dimensional Blue Print for World Changers.

The record has been broken — but the mission isn’t over.
This historic leadership event marked a milestone, but it was never just about setting a Guinness World Record. It was about igniting a movement — one that raises bold, visionary, and service-driven leaders for tomorrow. If this moment inspired you, we invite you to sow into the future of leadership. Every donation brings us one step closer to building a leadership pipeline that will outlast us — and impact generations to come.
Time is of the essence. Your support today helps ensure that what we started doesn’t end here. Let’s build the future together.
